What we did:
Attached with a Burger King in East Kilbride, Glasgow. Restaurant was refurbed whilst the kitchen/ drive thru remained open. Then in a week we took out the whole kitchen and reinstalled. Lighting, power, data, fire alarm and intruder alarm all done by ourselves
